"Paul Watzlavik is the worst agent I've had in 40 years of being a State Farm customer. His office is dropping 4 of our 5 car policies for claim from Halo car wash tearing our bumper off? We were 100% not at fault. I can't believe how Paul's office has treated us. They truly do not care about their customers. For over 40 years all my other agents were great and looked out for our family and our well being. Paul and his group are like "sorry, we just don't care to have you a a customer even though you've given us 100K+ over the last 40 years and had very few claims and are blaming us for an accident that wasn't our fault." Paul's office is dishonest and should not be trusted. They don't care about helping their customers when they are in need of support."
